Gender pay reporting legislation requires employers with 250 employees or more to publish calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.

Gender Pay Reporting at Changing Lives

As an organisation we are committed to equality, fairness and inclusion and we take every opportunity to embed these values into our day to day operations. Our gender pay gap reporting shows the difference is small and we continue to demonstrate an improving picture towards closing the gap. Our workforce and senior leadership team is made up of a large proportion of women - approximately 70% in total - which supports our efforts to create an inclusive and supportive workplace in which diversity is promoted and celebrated.
